My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean but quite small for the price, and there was a day when my room wasn't made up. However, the hot water was always available for a comfortable shower. The service was mixed; they were attentive to adjusting the room temperature but rather inattentive at times. The location was great, just a few blocks from the main square and close to Tlaquepaque's downtown. The dining experience was good but portions were small. The hotel is small but clean and the rooftop dining was lovely.
The hotel looked bigger in pictures but was smaller in person. The warm/hot water was always available, and they had an elevator and a spacious parking garage. The rooms were clean, but for the price, they felt very small. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t made up one day.
